Cancellation and return of an order

If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you have the right to return or exchange the unused product in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Cancellation notice must be given within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, and the returned product must be returned within 14 days of the date of the cancellation notice.

You can return the product directly to our store or send it by post. The customer will be charged for the cost of returning the product due to the customer's error.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of the return if the return has been made unduly or in breach of the terms of the contract. In such cases, we will charge the handling and postage costs incurred.

Please note that simply failing to pick up a shipment or returning a product without a cancellation notice is not sufficient to cancel an order. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations and so-called satisfaction refunds.

Warranty returns and repairs

We always want to ensure the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. For complaints and warranty issues, please contact us by e-mail: [email protected].

Please be as specific as possible in your message:

  • what the product is
  • the reason for the fault or complaint
  • a description of the situation in which the fault occurred

You can also attach photos to speed up the process. If the product has been damaged in transit, please file a claim immediately after receiving the shipment.

Limitations of the guarantee

The warranty does not cover defects caused by, for example:

  • neglect of maintenance
  • incorrect installation
  • incorrect or negligent use
  • use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions
  • improper storage
  • external factors affecting the product
  • indirect costs, such as repair or other costs caused by the damaged part
Information for warranty handling

Please provide the following information when making a complaint:

  • the date on which the damage occurred
  • as accurate a description as possible of the fault and how it occurred
  • order number
  • name and date of purchase
