Mepratuote Oy (business ID 2735806-1) sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland and Åland. The prices of the products include Finnish VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our products, which ensures the security of our online shop. The products you order are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Once you have paid for your order in our online shop, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order in the email you have provided, indicating the price of your order, the delivery costs and the products ordered. To receive the order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing your order.
2. To order
Products are ordered on the e-commerce website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested at the time of ordering are used only for the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, as well as for our own marketing purposes if the customer so wishes. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the current Mepratuote Oy terms of delivery.
The online payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (formerly Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy, business code 2122839-7) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. No registration or additional fees are required to use the service.
Products and their shipping costs are paid at the time of ordering.
Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution licence issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transfer and financial transactions are SSL-secured, which means that no third party can see your data.
4. Payment methods
When you pay by card, a transaction is created between the customer and Mepratuote Oy. Mepratuote Oy acts as a marketer of the products and services, delivers the products or services and handles any complaints.
4.1. Online payment buttons for online banks
The online banking payment intermediary service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like a traditional online payment.
You can pay online using the following online bank payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Local cooperative banks, Savings banks, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki and Ålandsbanken.
4.2. Credit cards
Payment methods include Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express card.
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution.

5. Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation and confirmation of successful payment will be sent to your email address.
6. Delivery method and costs
You can choose from the following delivery methods: pick-up from the store, Postal Service and Road Transport. If the delivery method selected is "Pick-up from store", the customer will be notified when the order is ready for pick-up. Delivery costs include shipping and packaging costs. You can see the delivery costs of your order after you have chosen the payment and delivery method. You can track your shipments with the shipping label.
7. Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1 - 5 working days, depending on the order and the delivery method. More exact times will be indicated in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. In case of abnormal delivery times, please refer to the online shop for the product in question.
8. Exchange and return conditions
8.1. Returning the product and cancelling your order
If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or return all or part of your order. Cancellation notice must be given within 14 days of receipt of the shipment and the goods must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
Returns and exchanges must be reported to Mepratuote Oy! Please also note that simply not picking up or returning the goods is not enough to cancel the transaction.
You can register by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the feedback form at the bottom of the website under "Customer Service". ALWAYS include a copy of the return form OR the shipping list provided with the shipment and the account number in IBAN format. This allows us to allocate the refund and credits to the right person and account.
The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The sales packaging must be intact and contain all the parts and documents that are part of the packaging. The right of return does not apply to special order or made-to-measure products (Consumer Protection Act § 16) and this is indicated in the online shop for the product in question.
The customer is responsible for the return costs for cancellations or uncollected shipments. Mepratuote Oy will not redeem returned shipments as postage or bus fines. If the return has been sent as a "consignee pays freight" shipment or the shipment is returned uncollected, the price of the returned product will be credited to the account indicated on the return form, less the cost of the return.
The customer is obliged to keep the necessary copies of the return documents. The tracking number of the parcel shipment obtained by Post from the customer return is the only means of proving the shipment.
8.2. Packing a shipment
Packing is the responsibility of the sender. The products must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transport. We recommend that you always use the product's original packaging to transport the product.
If you have ordered a product that is incorrect or faulty and you wish to make a complaint, please contact our customer service by email or using the contact form on our website.
Once you have informed us of the reason for your complaint, we will send you return instructions and a return ID. Claim returns are mainly handled by Posti Oy as customer returns. Returns of wrongly or incorrectly delivered products are always free of charge for you.
When you drop off the products you are complaining about, it is a good idea to keep the return receipt you received until you receive an email notification that we have received the products. We will process your claim as quickly as possible.
On a case-by-case basis, we will repair the product, replace it or refund the price you paid for it. For defective products, we will refund all costs, including shipping and return postage.
But always remember first inform us of your complaint and wait for our instructions.
8.4. Returning the money
If you cancel your order, we will refund the price of the products minus delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned products. We will make the refund to the account indicated on the return form.
If you return only part of your order, you will only be refunded the price of the returned products, excluding delivery costs.
For defective or incorrectly delivered products, we will refund all costs, including shipping costs.
Note! To return defective products free of charge and receive a full refund including shipping costs, you must always file a complaint with our Customer Service Department BEFORE sending the goods back (see Complaints section).
9. Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the fault within 14 days. If the package is damaged at the post office or Matkahuolto, a complaint must be made immediately to the Post Office / Matkahuolto.
Remember to check the condition of the parcel immediately upon pick-up from Post or Matkahuolto.
