Description
Vetus Uniflex UNIFL1330 flexible coupling for Ø 25 mm propeller shaft.
Exact alignment and concentric installation of propeller shaft
Couplings of type Uniflex allow a misalignment of 2º maximum. Uniflex couplings will centre the shaft on the gearbox by means of a conical clamping hub and are an ideal flexible coupling between a propeller shaft with a self-aligning bearing and an engine on flexible supports.
These couplings are axially and radially secured against shearing off. When the propeller shaft is connected to the engine at an angle of 2º, the maximum permissible number of revolutions is 1500 r.p.m. on the shaft.
