Description
Uniflex flex coupling for Ø 35 mm propeller shaft for 5" gear flange (guide Ø 63,5 mm and bolt pitch 108 mm).
For precise alignment and centering of the propeller shaft, the Uniflex flex coupling allows an angular deviation of up to 2º. The flex coupling centres the propeller shaft on the coupling with a cone-shaped mounting centre and is the ideal coupling between the propeller shaft and the motor when a flexible shaft seal is used and the motor is mounted on rubber pads.
The Uniflex flexible coupling is designed to withstand axial and radial forces. If the propeller shaft is mounted at an angle of 2º to the motor, the maximum permissible propeller shaft speed is 1500 rpm.
