✔ Precise and stepless power adjustment ✔ Unlimited continuous operating time at partial power, at full power max. 10 minutes at full power. ✔ Maintenance-free carbon brushless motor. ✔ Built-in thermal and low voltage protection. ✔ CANBUS control BOWA0301 bow thruster for boats from about 6 to 10 m. A carbon brushless, maintenance-free induction motor bow thruster with self-regulating heat-sensing electronics and low-voltage protection. The continuous operating time of the bow thruster is unlimited at lower powers (10 minutes at full power). The bow thruster is controlled by CANBUS. There are two control panels with stepless adjustment: BPPPA and BPPJA. The BPPJA panel has a hold function to lock the bow thruster at the desired power, for example when loading against the quay.
Note! For the installation and use of the BOW PRO bow thruster, an additional equipment is required (to be ordered separately):
- 1 x operating panel (BPPPA or BPPJA)
- 1 x BPROASET connection kit
- 1 x BPCAB supply cable according to length
- 1 x propeller tunnel (fibreglass, aluminium or steel tube)
- 1 x fuse and fuse box
The carbon brushless electric motors of the BOW PRO bow thrusters are efficient, extremely quiet and enclosed induction motors. The Vetus BOW PRO models use the same bevel gears as the standard BOW series bow thrusters. This makes it easy to upgrade an old bow thruster from an old Vetus bow thruster between models of the same tunnel diameter. See the table below for the recommended compatibility of BOWA models. \"\"
