Description
Fixed Mepra shaft flange Ø 30 mm for mounting the propeller shaft to a marine gearbox.
The axle housing is made of S355J steel by CNC machining. This makes the flange extremely durable and dimensionally accurate. The flange is surface-treated with an electro-galvanised finish to protect against corrosion. The flange is equipped with a retaining screw to ensure shaft fastening.Machined steel shaft flanges are a reliable and long-lasting solution for shaft fastening to a marine gearbox.
The flange fits most common ZF-Hurth, Velvet-Drive and Technodrive marine transmissions with 4″ (Ø100 mm) flange. The shaft flange is selected according to the diameter of the propeller shaft and the bolt spacing of the engine marine gear flange (distance between the centres of the opposite bolt holes, dimension B) and the steering (dimension A).
