Description
Lombardini LMG4000 4 kVA - 3.2 kW is a compact aggregate (230 V/50 Hz) with soundproof enclosure for marine applications. The LMG is designed to operate at higher operating angles and at high temperatures.
The lightweight and quiet aggregate is easy to maintain. All common service points are located on the same side of the aggregate, so only one half of the sound insulation box needs to be opened for service.
The auxiliary engine is a 4-stroke 1-cylinder Lombardini L15350 349 cm³ diesel engine. Cooling is implemented by a combined water/air cooling system: seawater cools the engine fresh water, the oil and the outer walls of the generator section as well as the intake air via a specially designed cooling circuit.
AUTOMATIC STOP IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE
The generator is equipped with an automatic stop in the event of a drop in oil pressure below the permissible level or a rise in temperature above the permissible limit.
OPERATING IN SUSPENSIONAL CONDITIONS
When sailing, even if the boat is tilted, the Lombardini generator must continue working to ensure the necessary power to the vessel's electrical system. The LMG series can be used in extreme conditions, with a lateral or longitudinal tilt of up to 25° and occasionally up to 30°.
EASY INSTALLATION
The generator is supplied in a soundproofed box with rubber pads ready for installation. Electrical and instrument wiring, as well as connections for sea water pipes and exhaust hose, are conveniently displayed and the booth has the necessary installation holes ready for use.
