TMC260 marine gearbox and installation kit to replace the Yanmar KBW21 2.62:1.

The installation kit contains the parts needed to install the TMC260 gearbox (2.50:1 ratio) to replace the old Yanmar KBW21 marine gearbox on Yanmar engines.

The installation kit includes:

• TMC260 mechanical marine clutch, 2.62:1 ratio.5:1
• TMC remote control cable clamp
• Ø 190 mm drive plate
• SAE4 spacer
• SAE7 spacer
• Oil cooling kit

This mechanical marine gearbox and mounting kit is designed to replace the Yanmar KBW21 (gear ratio 2.62:1) marine gearbox. After installation, the engine and shaft assembly must be rebored, and the propeller shaft flange must be replaced with a Technodrive H4 flange.
