Delivery terms (for private trade)
General information
Mepratuote Oy (Business ID: 2735806-1) sells products to companies and individuals in the EU. These terms of delivery apply to orders placed in our online shop.
Delivery method: pick-up from the store
For all products ordered from the online shop, you can choose the delivery method. Pick up from the store
The order can normally be picked up from the Mepratuote Oy office in 1 - 4 working days. We will always inform you to the e-mail or phone number provided with the order when the ordered products are available for pick-up. Do not pick up the products until you have received notification that your order has been completed.
When picking up the products ordered from the store, remember to take the order confirmation from the online store and proof of identity, such as a driving licence or passport.
The product to be collected will be kept in the pick-up store for 30 days from the date of notification, unless otherwise agreed. Collection from the shop is always free of charge.

Delivery time
Delivery times depend on the availability of the product and the delivery method chosen. We aim to dispatch products in stock within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times for other products vary depending on product availability. Product availability is indicated on the product card. In the event of a significant delay in delivery, we will inform the customer immediately.
Delivery prices
Delivery prices depend on the weight, size and delivery method of the shipment. When ordering products from the online shop, the delivery charges for the products ordered will be visible when you proceed to the checkout of your shopping cart before payment. We do not deliver by PostNord or Parcel Post for shipments over 30 kg. Large and heavy parcels are delivered by DB Schenker freight service.
Delivery method: postnord
Postnord parcels are delivered to a pick-up point near the recipient in Finland, the Nordic countries and Europe. In Finland and the Nordic countries, a Postnord parcel can also be delivered to a Postnord parcel terminal. Postnord parcels are delivered to Europe using a DPDgroup partner, which is responsible for the transport of parcels through DPD's European network.
For uncollected parcels, we charge the shipping and return postage according to the Postnord price list.
Delivery method: by post
In Finland, parcels are sent as Posti Economy parcels to a Posti pick-up point or a parcel machine.
Pick up your parcel automatically or at the post office. You will receive instructions by SMS when your parcel arrives. The parcel is a carbon-neutral Posti Green parcel. You can track the progress of your shipment by tracking the tracking number. Take your ID with you when you collect your parcel. Note! Parcels are stored by Posti at Posti service points and parcel terminals for 7 days.
For uncollected parcels, we charge the shipping cost and return postage in accordance with the Post Office price list.
Delivery method:DHL Economy Select
DHL parcels to Europe normally take 2 - 6 working days to arrive, depending on the country. You will receive an advance notification and an SMS when the package arrives. See the DHL website for country-specific instructions.
Delivery method: by DB Schenker
DB SChenker delivery is only for large products such as engines and larger bow thrusters. Delivery throughout Europe. DB Schenker is shown as a choice of product delivery methods at checkout per product
