Delivery methods and prices

Pick up from the store

For all products ordered from the online shop, you can choose the delivery method "Pick up from the store“.

The order can normally be picked up from the Mepratuote Oy office in 1 - 4 working days. We will always inform you to the e-mail or phone number provided with the order when the ordered products are available for pick-up. Do not pick up the products until you have received the notification.

When picking up the products you have ordered from the store, remember to take the order confirmation from the online store and proof of identity, such as a driving licence or passport. Unless otherwise agreed, the product to be picked up will be kept in the pick-up store for 30 days after notification.

Delivery costs: "Pick up from the store" is always free of charge.

Delivery prices depend on the weight of the shipment. When ordering products from the online shop, the delivery costs of the products ordered will be visible when you proceed to the checkout of your shopping cart before payment. We do not deliver by post for shipments over 30 kg.

• Postal parcel (Postal Economy In Finland)

Pick up your parcel automatically or at the post office. You will receive instructions by SMS when your parcel arrives. The parcel is a carbon-neutral Posti Green parcel. You can track the progress of your shipment by tracking the tracking number. Take your ID with you when you collect your parcel. Note! Parcels are stored by Posti at Posti service points and parcel terminals for 7 days.

• Postnord pick-up package (Parcel Connect)

PostNord parcels are delivered to a pick-up point near the recipient in Finland, the Nordic countries and Europe.

• Postal Express parcel (in Finland)
  

Daytime parcel delivery without prior notice. The shipment is mainly intended for business customers. You can track the progress of the shipment by means of the tracking number. You will receive the products you have ordered at your place of work on the working day following dispatch, at the latest by 14:00. If you are not present, your order can be collected from the place indicated in the notification of arrival. Take your ID with you.

• Post Parcel Connect (Europe)

A package to Europe. Deliveries to your home or pick-up point, depending on the country, also on Saturdays. You will receive an advance notice and an SMS when your parcel arrives. See country-specific instructions. Post Parcel Connect shipments are delivered in cooperation with DHL and Bring.

• DHL Econonomy Select (Europe) 

A package to Europe. Deliveries on weekdays. Delivery time normally 1 -3 working days. You will receive an advance notification and an SMS when your parcel arrives. See country-specific instructions From the DHL website.

• Travel service bus package 

Your order will be delivered to the Matkahuolto pick-up point of your choice. You will receive an SMS or email as soon as your order is available for pick-up.
